Clinical Medical Assistant Payment Plan Agreement – El Camino College – Fall 2026

Terms of Agreement

1. Down Payment: I understand that a down payment of $899.00 is required in order to register for the program. (In the event of program cancellation, down payment will be refunded within 10 business days.)
2. Monthly Payments: I understand that I will make five (5) monthly payments of $400.00 and that payments are due on the following dates:
   a. Payment 1 – $400.00 due on October 20, 2026
   b. Payment 2 – $400.00 due on November 20, 2026
   c. Payment 3 – $400.00 due on December 20, 2026
   d. Payment 4 – $400.00 due on January 20, 2027
   e. Payment 5 – $400.00 due on February 20, 2027
3. Method of Payment: I understand that I will be invoiced each month for payments and payments may be made through the following:
4. a. Mail – (Check or Money Order only)
   b. Square – (Credit Card)
5. Late Fees: I understand that a late fee of $25 will be assessed for any payment not received by the due date. Late fees are due at the time of payment and will be added on to the next payment if not paid.
6. Grounds for Dismissal: I understand that I will be dropped from the program if a payment is more than 30 days past due.
7. Collections: I understand that my account will be turned over to a collection agency for any payments that are not paid within 30 days.
8. Convenience Fees: A nominal convenience fee of 2.9% will be added to credit card payments and 1% will be added to ACH payments through Square.
9. Total Amount Due: I understand that the total amount due for the Clinical Medical Assistant program is $2,899 plus any assessed late fees and convenience fees, if applicable. I agree to pay the entire amount of $2,899 regardless of the outcome.
10. Refund & Transfer Policy: Career Training Solutions adheres to El Camino College’s refund policy which is as follows: Students that request to drop the class/program in writing to jflint@careertrainingsolutionsllc.com at least 3 business days before the start date are eligible to receive an electronic credit voucher form El Camino College to use toward a future El Camino College Community Ed course. There is a $20 cancellation fee and the credit is valid for 3 years.
