Sterile Processing Technician Payment Plan Agreement – Georgia Highlands College – Spring 2026

Terms of Agreement

1. Down Payment: I understand that a down payment of $699.00 is required in order to register for the program. (In the event of program cancellation, down payment will be refunded within 10 business days.)
2. Monthly Payments: I understand that I will make three (3) monthly payments of $300.00 and that payments are due on the following dates:
   a. Payment 1 – $300.00 due on May 5, 2026
   b. Payment 2 – $300.00 due on June 5, 2026
   c. Payment 3 – $300.00 due on July 5, 2026
3. Method of Payment: I understand that I will be invoiced each month and payments may be made through the following:
   a. Mail – (Check or Money Order only)
   b. Square – (Credit Card)
4. Late Fees: I understand that a late fee of $25 will be assessed for any payment not received by the due date. Late fees are due at the time of payment and will be added on to the next payment if not paid.
5. Grounds for Dismissal: I understand that I will be dropped from the program if a payment is more than 30 days past due.
6. Collections: I understand that my account will be turned over to a collection agency for any payments that are not paid within 30 days.
7. Convenience Fees: A nominal convenience fee will be added to credit card payments through Square (1% for ACH and 2.9% for credit card).
8. Total Amount Due: I understand that the total amount due for the Sterile Processing Technician program is $1599 plus any assessed late fees and convenience fees, if applicable. I agree to pay the entire amount of $1599 regardless of the outcome.
9. Refund Policy: If a student withdraws from a class, we will refund the fees according to the policy below. Refunds (less convenience and cancellation fee) are processed for withdrawals made at least 24 hours (Monday – Friday) ahead of the class start date via email For withdrawals costing $200 or more per person, a 10% cancellation fee of the program cost will be applied. No refunds are issued for withdrawals initiated on the day the class begins or after the first day. In the event of a cancellation or change by us, we will provide the student with a 100% refund or transfer to an equivalent class.
